MTC Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a fun, high intensity training program designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Its motivating training that will take your results to the next level. The physical benefits from boot camp include increased fitness (cardio) levels, reduced body fat and increased muscle tone. The results gained however are not only physical as many recruits also report that they sleep better, have more energy and in some cases feel more confidence and motivation in all other areas of their lives. Many of our recruits use boot camp as a kick start to achieving a healthier life style. Your instructors don't only challenge and motivate you physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. We do not 'yell and scream' at our recruits therefore providing a motivating not fearful experience. You will see and feel the difference (even) in the first two weeks.
Cardio components consisting of - High Intensity Interval training,
Strength training components, are programmed around the Primal movement patterns, these are Squat, Lunge, Bend, Push, Pull and Twist. All movements are based around functional compound movements that will provide you with the functional strength to use in our everyday lives.
